The updated contract of sale of real estate is now ready. It should be used from 1 March.
The contract of sale of real estate was amended by the Estate Agents (Contracts) Amendment Regulations 2011, with effect from 1 March 2012. A track changes version is also available.
The previous website was built in 2002. It was designed to facilitate prompt delivery of updated forms to client firms and it served its purpose well. But it was old technology and the time had come for something new.
Consistent with our focus on delivering a superior service, we commissioned the new website, which has improved functionality and we are confident that it will capably support the business and client requirements for many years.
